- TRICARE Prime enrollees (Active Duty, Active Duty Family Members and Retirees and their Families).
- Other patients are seen on a space-available basis.
Do not bring children to the appointment or you will be rescheduled.
Due to limited provider availability and impacts of COVID-19, the clinic is currently booking all appointments internally. Call the access to care line at 719-524-2273, option 1 and a consult will be placed in order to navigate your care appropriately. Self-book options will increase significantly in the summer of 2021 with the arrival of two additional providers. This clinic does not require a referral from the PCM for most gynecology services including general or well woman exams, annual exams with pelvic exams and pap smears, follow-up and treatments such as Depo Provera (new and restarts), as well as Contraception Counseling and treatment, such as IUDs, Nexplanon, and oral.
