Each military pharmacy’s prescription refill line may be unavailable for about two hours. If you call the prescription refill line at this time, you will hear a busy signal. Please wait and call back to complete your refill later.
You may still use the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal to refill to refill your prescriptions.
You may report issues to the DHA Global Service Center by calling 800-600-9332.

Getting Care

Appointments Only

(Exception for Patients with Same Day Primary Care Appointment or Deployment Requirement)

Vaccines are now administered by appointment only unless being seen in a primary care clinic that day:

  • Family Health
  • Pediatrics
  • Internal Medicine
  • Flight Medicine
These patients may walk in but are advised that wait time could be 30-45 minutes based on other appointments already scheduled. Instructions to make appointments vary based on type of vaccine below.

Other Vaccine Information/Availability

  • We are closed daily from noon to 1 p.m.
  • Flu vaccines are available until June 30, 2026.
  • We now carry limited amounts of COVID-19 Moderna Spikevax & mNexspike vaccines for ages 6 months and up.
  • Smallpox is not currently being administered.
  • Deployment shots are by walk-in.
  • TB Testing (PPD) is not administered on Thursdays or Fridays before holidays.
