Allergy
Who We Treat
The Allergy Clinic serves:
- Active-Duty Service Members
- Cadets
- Family Members (0-18 years old)
We refer other patients to
Evans Army Community Hospital Allergy and Immunology or to a
network provider.
Getting Care
Referral Only
We require a referral from a Primary Care Manager. Referrals are active for 24 months.
Established patients can book appointments through the Access to Care line or submit messages via the
MHS GENESIS Patient Portal.
Consultation Appointment
Initial Visits
The Access to Care Line will contact you within 3 business days to book an appointment. If you’re not contacted within 3 business days, call 719-524-2273, option 1. They’ll make three attempts to call you. If they can’t reach you, you’ll be notified of your referral in the
MHS GENESIS Patient Portal.
Initial Evaluation Instructions
For allergy consultations (allergic rhinitis, food allergy):
- CONTINUE using before your appointment: Flonase, Nasonex or other steroid nasal spray, all asthma medications and inhalers.
If you've had a recent respiratory infection, ear infection or flu-like symptoms, postpone your appointment until at least 4 weeks after your symptoms go away.
