What We Do

We provide services on a referral-only basis. Our products include all of the following:

Active Duty Only

  • Achilles wedges

  • Cam walker/walking boot
  • Carbon fiber foot plate
  • Clavicle brace/figure 8 brace

  • Hard sole shoe (post-op shoe)
  • Heel wedges/lifts
  • Knee braces
  • Metatarsal bars/pads
  • Night splints for feet
  • Post-op range of motion brace
  • Shoulder slings
  • Tennis/golf elbow brace
  • Thumb-Spica
  • Toe spacers
  • Wrist braces

Getting Care

Each product requires a new referral from your Primary Care Manager (PCM), Podiatrist, Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist or Orthopedic provider.
Patients referred for a Durable Medical Equipment item carried by the Orthotics/Brace Shop clinic do have the option to walk-in, especially if coming directly from a clinic where a referral order is placed.  If you visit the clinic and we do not have the device ordered by your provider, you will be informed of the referral process below.
Your referral will be reviewed for appropriateness to be appointed at this facility or with a Durable Medical Equipment (DME) provider off-base. If our clinic is selected for care, the Access to Care Line will make three attempts to book your appointment.

If not contacted within 3 business days to book your appointment, your referral has likely been deferred off-base. Visit to access your network provider referral authorization. If no referral authorization is visible, contact the Access to Care Line or 10th Medical Group Referral Management to determine whether your referral is still in-progress.
