The 10th Medical Group will be closed every Wednesday from 7:30 - 9:30 a.m. for training. Clinic doors will open at 9:15 a.m. and patient care will begin at 9:30 a.m.

Beneficiary Counseling and Assistance Coordinator / Debt Collection Assistance Officer (BCAC / DCAO)

We provide counseling to beneficiaries regarding entitled health care benefits and enrollment access. We also assist with claims and billing resolution, and debt assistance.
