Beneficiary Counseling and Assistance Coordinator (BCAC)/ Debt Collection Assistance Officer (DCAO)

BCACs educate and help you with TRICARE-related inquiries.  DCAOs help with resolving debt collections due to unpaid TRICARE claims. The debt must be in collections or listed on your credit report.  Contact us on the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal to have your TRICARE benefit as well as billing questions and concerns answered.
