Medical Records

Access Your Own Records on the Patient Portal

You can access all non-sensitive records through TRICARE Online, the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal, or both.

If you have obtained medical care at an MTF(s) prior to their transition to the MHS GENESIS Electronic Health Record, then these records can be obtained through TRICARE Online. For the 10th Medical Group and Colorado Market, that is 24 April 2021. If the care occurred at an MTF using MHS GENESIS, then your records will be in that patient portal under the Health Library tab.

As a matter of convenience to you, the login is the same for both sites and the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal can be accessed directly when in the TRICARE Online Platform as shown below.  At the 10th Medical Group, TRICARE Online cannot be utilized for Appointments, Prescriptions, or Secure Messaging.  To learn how to set up your DS Logon to access these sites, view the 10th Medical Group Patient Portal guide.
